Description

A 12-month, fixed-term graduate internship programme designed to provide unemployed graduates with hands-on experience in the dynamic Personal and Private Banking Chief Operating Office (PPB COO). The programme offers experiential, on-the-job training across key areas such as Fraud, Risk, Operations, Data Science, and Strategy & Change, with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Engage in on-the-job training across multiple COO functions
• Contribute to real business challenges and be accountable for defined deliverables
• Participate in coaching and mentorship sessions
• Collaborate with teams to support operational and strategic projects

Qualifications

• Education: A completed NQF Level 7 qualification or higher (eg, Bachelor's Degree, Honours) in one of the specified fields:
• Forensic Science & Technology / Criminology
• Risk Management
• BCom General
• Mathematics / Applied Mathematics
• Data Analytics / Data Science
• Strategy / Strategic Management
• BCom Informatics
• Project Management
• Business Analysis
• Status: Must be unemployed at the time of application
• Work Experience: Previous work experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Attributes: Curious, proactive, eager to learn, passionate about solving business problems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
